About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Compile data and information from various sources to prepare memos, documents, reports, spreadsheets with charts and graphs, and presentations
- Format and develop content for senior management review
- Perform research, analyze information, and make recommendations based on findings
- Take meeting minutes and manage meeting documentation
- Schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendars using computer applications and software
- Make travel arrangements
- Support projects, programs, or processes
- Answer moderately complex telephone and email requests
- Assist with purchase card reconciliation and other basic budget activities
- Assist lower-level employees through training and/or mentorship
- Provide intermediate-level administrative support to leaders and functional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years administrative or related experience
- Solid administrative support working knowledge
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software for scheduling, spreadsheet analysis, presentations, meeting minutes, and word documents
- Ability to operate and maintain standard office equipment
- Ability to solve moderately complex conflicts and problems through sound decision making
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and needs
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Ability to interact and work with others productively and professionally
- Ability to work with discretion, confidentiality, and integrity
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including sitting for long periods, moving around the office, and using computer monitors/equipment
- Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
