Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university, or recently finished a degree from an accredited college or university within one year of beginning the internship
  • Available for video conference interviews
  • At least one semester of college-level editing or writing experience
  • Strong writing, revising, copyediting, and proofreading skills
  • Sound understanding of Church doctrine, history, organization, and policy
  • Ability to manage many projects simultaneously
  • Ability to give careful attention to detail, sustain concentration for long periods of time, and maintain the highest level of accuracy
  • Ability to work well with people and present an image of professionalism
  • Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
  • Cover letter required
  • Resume including a link to a digital portfolio required
  • Digital portfolio including editing and writing samples required
  • Editing samples must clearly show edits
