Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university, or finished a degree within a year of starting the internship
- Open to all majors; communications, social media marketing, or writing and editing studies particularly sought
- Sound understanding of Church doctrine and a love of the gospel of Jesus Christ
- At least one year of college-level writing experience
- Sound understanding and ability to speak and write in English
- Ability to think creatively
- Ability to manage many projects and multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy
- Professionalism and ability to work well with a variety of people
- Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
- Must be able to come into the office on a regular basis
- Cover letter required
- Resume including a link to a digital portfolio required
- Digital portfolio featuring excellence in writing, editing, and social media samples required
- Two social-media captions based on For The Strength of Youth articles, saved as a PDF, required
- A second language is a plus
