About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand unmet customer and audience needs and balance stakeholder requirements with customer needs
  • Establish and maintain a prioritized backlog of product requirements
  • Prioritize audiences and customers
  • Create, lead, and work with cross-functional teams, including service departments
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, including launch and adoption for targeted audiences
  • Develop product communication, messaging, and positioning by audience
  • Establish, monitor, and report product metrics
  • Oversee products with strategic influence and global impact
  • Manage multiple training programs and products across the globe
  • Manage product integrations within the MFD department and across departments and areas
  • Communicate and seek approvals at director's council, managing director, or area level
  • Manage established vendors and create requests for proposals for new programs
  • Support successful launch, implementation, adoption, and ongoing use of assigned training products and programs
  • Prepare status updates, dashboards, reports, presentations, recommendations, and other stakeholder materials
  • Manage program requirements, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, timelines, decisions, and action items

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline
  • 5 years of related experience with demonstrated ability to solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Ability to define and create exceptional customer experiences with products
  • Excellent ability to build productive and effective relationships where conflicting objectives may exist
  • Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and use computer monitors/equipment
