About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to and perform analysis of functional requirements
  • Participate in vendor or technology evaluations and identify critical gaps
  • Participate in formulating technical recommendations
  • Act as a technical lead and mentor peers when assigned
  • Create technical designs mapped to functional requirements
  • Provide estimates for development tasks
  • Design, develop, and test code for software development projects
  • Participate in code reviews
  • Develop technical documentation
  • Participate in the Incident Management process and fix defects on a 24/7 basis
  • Contribute to designing, implementing, and measuring protections against security compromise
  • Comply with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Document new technical knowledge and train others on emerging technologies
  • Perform both coding and administration work for the Relationship Management Team
  • Develop and maintain software source code supporting solutions
  • Solve complex technical issues and programming tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Six years of progressive relevant professional experience
  • Strong understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies and principles
  • Solid base of learning and some experience in all primary areas of an n-tier enterprise system, including interface, domain logic, and database layers
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and train peers
  • Exceptional troubleshooting ability under pressure
  • Strong skills in engineering/programming, analytical/diagnostic/troubleshooting, web technology, and programming methodology
  • Solid understanding of systems and subsystems
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps
  • Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery principles
  • Advanced knowledge of Java, React, Python, Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning
  • Experience with AI automation
  • Proven aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages
  • Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
  • Ability to meet physical requirements such as sitting for long periods and using computer monitors/equipment
  • Preferred: Extensive experience with complex, large-scale systems and supported tools, methodologies, and technologies
  • Preferred: Experience working in the legal industry
