About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support governance across multiple O&T Agile teams
Champion adoption and optimization of the Clarity PPM platform across the organization
Maintain and enhance processes, procedures, and governance standards
Leverage Scrum Master experience to support Agile transformation efforts
Partner with Scrum Masters to develop and refine metrics, reporting packages, and performance measures
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate business processes
Develop and deliver training programs to drive tool and process adoption
Produce and enhance weekly portfolio status reporting
Produce and enhance weekly metrics reporting
Produce and enhance monthly portfolio review materials
Produce and enhance quarterly portfolio review materials
Extract, analyze, consolidate, and automate data from multiple sources for decision-making and executive reporting
Oversee SharePoint Online document governance, including documentation retention and lifecycle management, audit/risk/regulatory review support, site structure and organization, documentation review processes, audit request management, and retention/deletion of expired documents across O&T Administration and Project sites

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence
5+ years managing technology projects and/or applications, preferably within a financial services organization
5+ years of experience with Clarity or a comparable project portfolio management (PPM) tool
3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online
2+ years of experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT
Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe
Advanced proficiency with Power BI
Advanced proficiency with Power Automate
Preferred certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Ability to identify and leverage emerging technologies to improve business processes
Strong process improvement and optimization experience
Ability to evaluate governance processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Experience implementing process changes with minimal business disruption
Ability to develop training materials and deliver effective end-user training
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational adoption of change
Strong relationship management and teamwork skills
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio skills
Technology project governance experience
Understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements within financial services
Knowledge of System and Organization Controls (SOC) and related audits
