About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage close, forecast, and gap management processes for the Brita Strategic Business Unit
Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial deliverables
Analyze business drivers and challenge assumptions and methodologies
Identify risks and profit improvement opportunities
Ensure proper financial controls and accuracy in financial results
Identify and implement sustainable process improvements and value-creation opportunities
Serve as finance leader for innovation and strategic business-unit projects
Provide financial updates and analytical support to cross-functional and SBU leadership teams
Manage close/forecast activities (60%) and planning and analysis (40%) for the Brita Business Unit

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence teams
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate and influence across functions and all levels
Ability to take personal ownership and ensure timely resolution of issues
Strong planning and organizing skills
Proficiency in SAP and Anaplan
Strong Excel skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Strong background knowledge in accounting and finance
Cost/forecast experience is a plus
