About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end customer supply chain performance across order-to-cash, including service, inventory, cost-to-serve, fines, cash, and compliance outcomes
- Integrate Logistics into Sales, IBP, and Finance decision forums
- Connect Sales, IBP, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Order Management, Transportation, and external partners
- Serve as subject-matter expert on Clorox supply chain programs and customer supply chain behaviors, constraints, and opportunities
- Represent Logistics in cross-functional decision forums and reduce escalation
- Develop and apply decision-safe analytics for faster, consistent decisions
- Interpret dashboards, system outputs, and AI-enabled insights
- Anticipate risk, demand shifts, service instability, and cost exposure
- Own customer-level cost-to-serve analysis across transportation, warehousing, inventory, fines, service recovery, and operational touches
- Quantify financial impacts of service model decisions and improvement initiatives
- Partner with Finance on forecasting accuracy, accrual discipline, logistics spend, and fines risk
- Evaluate scenarios involving demand volatility, promotions, capacity constraints, and growth initiatives
- Lead fact-based trade-off discussions and communicate recommendations, risks, and impacts to senior stakeholders
- Drive KPIs including order fill, OTIF, inventory health, on-shelf availability, customer compliance, and cost-to-serve
- Lead root-cause problem solving using A3 / 5 Whys
- Establish standard work, process ownership, controls, and weekly/monthly operating rhythms
- Enable segmented service models and support customer collaboration through scorecards, analytics, and improvement roadmaps
- Partner with 3PLs and carriers to improve innovation, execution reliability, and efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations within a CPG, retail, or complex distribution environment
- Strong analytical capability and ability to convert data into clear business decisions
- Experience with cost-to-serve analysis, trade-off evaluation, or financially grounded decision-making
- Ability to synthesize service, cost, cash, and growth impacts and communicate them clearly
- Experience operating in ambiguity while maintaining accountability and discipline
- Cross-functional partnering skills across Sales, Finance, Planning, and Operations
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SAP/S4, WMS/TMS, or comparable planning and execution tools
- Ability to question system outputs and interpret AI-enabled recommendations
- Comfort working with forecasts, inventory signals, service metrics, and financial data
- Strong financial acumen covering profit drivers, cost levers, and service-to-cash trade-offs
- Clear, concise communication and ability to lead constructive conflict
- Curiosity, learning agility, and comfort adopting new tools, analytics, and ways of working
