About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Supply Chain Finance Team across Manufacturing Center of Practice, Sourcing, and Analysis Close & Forecast Activities
- Lead select SBU relationships and ad-hoc support for Total Company Delivered Cost Consolidation and Reporting
- Lead the forecast process for select PPV Accounts and D&D, working closely with Procurement and Supply Planning
- Support the Manufacturing Finance Center of Practice, working closely with plant sites and key business partners
- Support the annual standards-setting process and training
- Support and develop Supply Chain Team teammates through real-time coaching and training
- Ensure monthly accounting close for owned accounts, including usage and standard-rate variances, in accordance with company accounting policies, internal controls compliance, and GAAP
- Ensure forecast, gap deliverables, and insights support the business
- Provide active financial leadership and influence to drive business results through cost management
- Lead transformational efforts and participate in continuous improvement projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of relevant experience in finance and/or accounting
- Advanced English level
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong knowledge of Clorox systems including SAP (R/3, BW, SEM) and Essbase
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and tasks and ensures timely resolution
- Ability to work effectively in teams, both within Finance and cross-functionally
- Strong planning and organizing skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage workload to meet deadlines
