About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Litter, Brita, Food, and Charcoal Target Team with data and reporting analytics
  • Contribute to forecasting for Target teams, including base, promotional, and total volume projections
  • Lead risk assessment and volatility analysis to inform strategic decisions and minimize forecasting error
  • Drive monthly KPI tracking, including updates and education for cross-functional teams on performance, gaps, and forward-looking projections
  • Analyze and communicate headwinds, tailwinds, and actionable opportunities
  • Deliver regular sales and performance reporting to General Managers and Business Units
  • Partner with sales account managers and the sales director on customer tracking, performance updates, and planning needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related experience
  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales analysis, forecasting, or business analytics, preferably in retail or CPG
  • Strong Excel and data visualization skills, such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with forecasting tools, ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and CRM platforms
  • Exceedra experience is a plus
  • Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
  • High attention to detail with a bias for action and results
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, including presenting to senior leadership
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across functions and levels
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward without constant supervision
