About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end process governance for Credit & Collections
- Oversee credit risk and escalation decisioning
- Develop global collections strategy and manage KPIs
- Govern BPO operations, SLAs, and performance
- Partner cross-functionally and lead people
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation
- Oversee an offshore BPO partner in Manila
- Ensure consistent execution, strong internal controls, and cash flow, risk, and service outcomes aligned to enterprise objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8+ years Credit, Collections, or OTC experience
- 5+ years people leadership
- SAP S/4HANA experience
- HighRadius experience
- BPO governance experience
- GBS or Shared Services experience preferred
- Global customer portfolio exposure preferred
- Transformation or automation leadership preferred
