About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development of strategic end-to-end supply chain initiatives across the business unit
Lead planning and development of business unit supply chain strategy
Develop strategic supply chain network and process initiatives supporting growth and gross margins
Drive step-change cost, margin, and capability improvements through strategic supply chain projects and optimization initiatives
Identify and adopt supply chain best practices
Work with block teams, supply chain services leader, and other SBU teams to develop, maintain, and implement an initiative portfolio
Support innovation, cost savings, supply assurance, and other business performance initiatives
Monitor and explore external benchmarks, capabilities, trends, and supply chains
Identify improvement opportunities, supply options, tools, and systems supporting supply chain excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience spanning more than one discipline, including Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics
Demonstrated track record of success with increasing responsibility
Ability to identify and develop strategic and tactical options to improve supply chain performance and capabilities
Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions from complex data and information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent understanding of business financials and ability to articulate financial impacts to supply chain choices and risks
Ability to manage and prioritize planned and unplanned work
Ability to translate complex projects into clear priorities and execution plans, delivering initiatives on time and on budget
Deep knowledge of end-to-end business and supply chain interdependencies
BS/BA Degree
MBA highly desirable
