About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead complex logistics projects from initiation through execution and transition to base operations
  • Serve as the primary liaison between leadership teams and project teams
  • Apply broad logistics knowledge across Customer Service, Transportation, Customer Supply Chain, and Fulfillment Operations
  • Lead U.S. and Canada logistics initiatives
  • Build and manage integrated project plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, decisions, and expected business outcomes
  • Deliver project objectives and milestones on time, within budget, and within charter constraints
  • Manage resources to improve execution speed and cost
  • Provide proactive updates to sponsors and stakeholders on progress, outcomes, risks, contingency plans, recommendations, and required decisions
  • Use escalation, fact-based analysis, and trade-off articulation to accelerate decisions and minimize timeline slippage
  • Track and communicate financial, operational, service, capacity, inventory, and capability outcomes
  • Build and interpret financial and scenario analyses and translate results into business recommendations
  • Build cross-functional partnerships and establish accountability for actions, owners, and due dates
  • Strengthen capital project management processes with Fulfillment
  • Serve as the Logistics subject-matter expert on business-led projects
  • Provide input to feasibility assessments
  • Advance project management capability through tools, governance, technology enablement, best practices, and participation in the Project Management Community of Practice

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • At least 5 years of Logistics experience in one or more key disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work, manage stakeholders without direct authority, and hold owners accountable to commitments
  • Strong organizational, planning, written and verbal communication, listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to convert ambiguous business needs into clear plans, decisions, risks, owners, due dates, and measurable outcomes
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in logistics, supply chain, business management, or a technical field
  • At least 3 years of project management experience and 7 years of Logistics experience across one or more key disciplines
  • Experience across multiple Logistics disciplines
  • Strong business process and project leadership skills, with an assertive, diplomatic, self-directed approach and the ability to manage up and down the organization without authority
  • Experience with capital project delivery, financial analytics, digital enablement, and AI-assisted ways of working
