About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Customer Sales Planning team through customer reporting, budget management, forecasting support, and cross-functional coordination
  • Develop and maintain recurring customer reports and scorecards
  • Analyze customer performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and prepare data for business and customer updates
  • Own customer budget forecasting and monthly budget tracking and reconciliation
  • Assist with distributor program coordination and budget reconciliation
  • Lead annual and quarterly customer target-setting processes
  • Analyze performance versus targets and identify opportunities to improve results
  • Maintain target tracking tools and communicate progress to business partners
  • Support strategic planning activities for GPO and IDN customers
  • Serve as a key owner in the RFI/RFP process
  • Lead customer planning processes, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop meeting materials, templates, and pre-read documents
  • Provide customer forecasts and business context into the S&OP process
  • Communicate customer demand changes, risks, and opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in sales planning, business analytics, finance, supply chain, customer planning, forecasting or demand planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
  • Highly preferred experience with Power BI or a similar reporting tool
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Comfortable learning new systems and business processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing business needs and multiple projects independently
  • Ability to influence cross-functional partners through data-driven recommendations
  • Ability to communicate complex information to a wide range of audiences
