About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage weekly and monthly performance reporting for revenue, volume, share, and transaction metrics
- Monitor performance against execution objectives, re-plan as necessary, and provide stakeholder feedback
- Manage discretionary budgets based on regional need
- Execute commercial strategy and plans with franchise bottling partners for local market execution
- Collaborate on contingency plans to deliver annual FSOP channel business plan performance
- Standardize capability-building approaches based on bottler segmentation
- Assess bottler commercial capabilities using the Global Commercial Leadership Diagnostic Analysis Model
- Identify capability gaps and develop action plans for improvement
- Coordinate training and development to improve processes, scorecards, and business routines
- Work with the franchise commercial manager to steward bi-monthly planning and ensure customer plans are included
- Serve as SME for FSOP channel plans and work with bottler directors and sales teams to execute plans
- Participate in channel planning routines from Atlanta
- Provide bottler performance feedback to Franchise Leadership as the voice of the market
- Monitor market conditions and report competitive activity and implementation barriers
- Support bi-monthly commercial stewardship planning
- Negotiate and resolve bottling contracts and National Supply Chain agreements
- Manage governance agreements and governance routines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management
- 5 or more years in a CPG organization with responsibility for direct sales, key account, or franchise management with P&L responsibility
- Experience as a Business Partner with direct bottler or manufacturing experience in the Food and Beverage industry
- Experience developing capacity plans to meet customer demand
- Experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management
- Track record of delivering positive revenue results
- Understanding of channel marketing, syndicated marketing research, and competitive analysis
- Ability to utilize channel marketing and competitive analysis knowledge to drive sales
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Strategic leadership abilities
- Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without requiring company sponsorship
- Distribution center knowledge is ideal
- Ability to influence outcomes and be persuasive is ideal
