Director, National Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a Region for a strategic global relationship and serve as a catalyst for joint value creation
- Develop and execute a national business plan aligned with customer priorities, Coca-Cola’s portfolio, and innovation agenda
- Leverage insights, analytics, and supply chain collaboration to ensure service and profitability
- Serve as the Region lead between the national team, bottler partners, and franchisees
- Build partnerships with regional stakeholders, franchisees, and bottler partners
- Collaborate on national business planning and align joint objectives, growth strategies, and performance metrics
- Participate in contract negotiations with senior customer stakeholders, consultants, and internal partners
- Recommend category programs using industry knowledge, consumer insights, and local market trends
- Translate brand strategies into customer solutions
- Monitor channel and industry trends and anticipate competitive threats
- Steward performance routines with bottler partners
- Execute in-store merchandising and operationalize strategies in the market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline required; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing national or multi-tier accounts in foodservice, CPG, or beverage industries
- Demonstrated success in strategic business planning, contract negotiation, and execution of joint growth initiatives with large customers
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries
- Skilled in using analytics and data insights to shape stories and strategies, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable results
- Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with agility to navigate dynamic market environments
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Must not require The Coca-Cola Company’s sponsorship to continue working legally in the United States
