About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure NAOU representation and oversight for inventory held at contract manufacturing and third-party warehouse locations
Ensure external locations understand and execute NAOU internal controls and contracted inventory-handling terms
Perform physical inventory audits to validate inventory and support risk and fraud prevention
Monitor internal control procedures monthly and assist with remediation action plans
Identify root causes and system solutions for inventory discrepancies with co-packers, third-party warehouses, Finance, Co-Man Managers, and centralized teams
Complete required SAP transactions to maintain inventory accuracy
Establish weekly communication with co-packers and NAOU Co-Man Managers regarding Block Stock reporting and action plans
Conduct month-end reporting and distribute post-close reports
Request and track Brand team approvals for BD&L activity and resolve follow-ups
Track delivered materials for downtime reporting, vendor returns, and Freight Claims
Submit vendor setups and change requests to maintain accurate Master Data
Provide SAP training and new-user setup support for co-packers and third-party warehouses
Arrange destruction shipments with NAOU Finance and external parties
Perform ad hoc research and troubleshooting
Act as liaison among Supply Chain Region Operations, Finance, and Contract Services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate Degree or above
3+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse inventory processes, including wall-to-walls, inventory adjustments, cycle counts, and auditing inventory procedures
SAP functional skills and data management experience
Data analytics skills such as Power Query / Power BI preferred
Ability to work independently with solid organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service focus with strong follow-up skills
Attention to detail
Self-motivated
Collaborative and a team player
Ability to efficiently multitask
Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
Must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue working legally in the United States
Ability to travel up to 50%
