About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead global share plan administration processes across grants, vesting and release events, option exercises, forfeitures, cancellations, terminations, and ESPP activities
  • Review and resolve complex tax, payroll, reporting, and settlement scenarios
  • Support operational compliance across multiple jurisdictions through recurring equity data audits and discrepancy investigations
  • Validate demographic and status changes, calculation and reporting outcomes, and data transfers to third-party providers
  • Ensure system rules, plan logic, integrations, configurations, processing approaches, testing, and documentation reflect plan provisions and country-specific requirements
  • Maintain and improve equity administration process documentation
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Tax, Legal, Finance, IT, and third-party equity service providers
  • Resolve participant questions and coordinate complex issue resolution
  • Support internal and external audits, financial reporting, executive compensation reporting, and governance requirements
  • Provide timely, employee-focused participant support
  • Design and implement process enhancements, tools, and solutions improving accuracy, efficiency, controls, scalability, and participant experience
  • Share expertise, review work, and support cross-training as a peer resource

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in equity administration, stock plan operations, or a closely related compensation, payroll, finance, or total rewards discipline
  • Thorough understanding of stock plan products, including stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and ESPPs
  • Experience supporting equity plans across multiple countries
  • Understanding of local tax, payroll, legal, regulatory, data, and operational requirements affecting plan delivery
  • Ability to independently manage complex, multi-country work
  • Ability to analyze ambiguous situations and apply sound judgment within established frameworks
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, document conclusions, and escalate matters appropriately
  • Strong data orientation, including reviewing reports, reconciling system outputs, researching discrepancies, and explaining findings clearly
  • Certified Equity Professional designation or progress toward certification is a plus
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require company sponsorship to continue working legally in the United States
