About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the Digital Workplace analytics vision and strategy
- Create KPIs, executive dashboards, team and platform analyses, and maturity/trend reporting
- Drive adoption by delivering actionable insights and identifying interventions
- Align Digital Workplace analytics with enterprise data strategies and business priorities
- Select, implement, manage, and improve analytics software and technology portfolios
- Manage Microsoft stack, Microsoft Graph, Workplace Analytics, Power BI, Swoop Analytics, and related technologies
- Maintain processes for gathering, transforming, cleaning, and managing large datasets
- Establish data integrity controls across systems such as Active Directory
- Lead data analyses, visualizations, predictive analytics, and standardized reporting dashboards
- Ensure data privacy, risk, and compliance practices
- Communicate insights and action plans to senior leadership, Technology Services, HR, Digital Champions, and stakeholders
- Build collaboration and consensus across reporting, analytics, HR, and IT teams
- Develop methodologies and tools for project management, data governance, modeling, and hypothesis testing
- Operationalize insights and support adoption across the organization
- Develop the Digital Champion community’s self-service reporting and analytics capabilities
- Manage stakeholder relationships and evolving departmental analytics needs
- Report to the Global Director, Digital Workplace
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS; minimum 7 years related experience in a manager or director role
- MBA or Social Science masters or similar
- Solid experience working with data and analytics for Digital Workplace or Workforce
- Technology implementation and change management experience
- Demonstrated ability to align technology to improve business performance
- Experience with Microsoft Graph and cloud-based analytics software
- Relevant experience with intranet data analytics
- Expertise with customer relationship management, stakeholder management, executive communications, and navigating a matrixed organization
- Experience with associate-facing digital experiences, including collaboration tools, productivity tools, video conferencing, and file management
- Experience managing portfolio budgets at a large scale
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to interpret customer satisfaction reports and develop strategies and plans
- Self-starter with problem-solving mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision and direct others’ work
- Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship
