About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the Digital Workplace analytics vision and strategy
- Represent Digital Workplace analytics across the organization and to all levels of seniority
- Develop standard Digital Workplace KPIs, executive dashboards, trend analysis, maturity assessments, and intervention plans
- Partner with HR, Finance, and other data teams to align enterprise-wide KPIs and demonstrate business impact
- Manage and continuously improve the analytics software and technology portfolio
- Implement scalable, efficient, and automated analytics processes
- Maintain methods for gathering, cleaning, transforming, and managing large datasets from multiple sources
- Establish data integrity controls with owners of sources such as Active Directory
- Lead development of data analyses, visualizations, predictive analytics, and standard reporting dashboards
- Ensure data activities comply with privacy, risk, and compliance standards
- Communicate insights and action plans to senior leadership, Technology Services, HR, Digital Champions, and other stakeholders
- Translate data findings and recommendations into business language
- Build collaboration and consensus across reporting, analytics, HR, IT, and other stakeholder teams
- Develop methodologies and tools for project management, data governance, modeling, and hypothesis testing
- Operationalize insights and partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and organizational value
- Develop the Digital Champion community's proficiency with self-service reports, trend analysis, and action planning
- Manage stakeholder relationships and evolving departmental analytics needs
- Represent the organization externally to share best practices and learn leading practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS; minimum 7 years related experience in a manager or director role
- MBA or Social Science masters or similar
- Solid experience working with data and analytics for Digital Workplace or Workforce
- Technology implementation and change management experience
- Demonstrated ability to align technology to improve business performance
- Experience with Microsoft Graph and cloud-based analytics software
- Relevant experience with intranet data analytics
- Expertise with customer relationship management, stakeholder management, executive communications, and navigating a matrixed organization
- Experience with associate-facing digital experiences, including collaboration tools, productivity tools, video conferencing, and file management
- Experience managing portfolio budgets at a large scale
- Strong analytical, relationship-building, oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to interpret customer satisfaction reports and develop strategies to address concerns
- Self-starter with problem-solving mindset, ability to work with minimal supervision, and ability to direct others’ work
- Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating and conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Ability to efficiently manage tasks and time
