  • Create high-quality matches between business partners and Teamship programs
  • Ensure every program spot is filled before launch
  • Onboard, schedule, and support partners for smooth program delivery
  • Scope authentic business challenges for student teams
  • Maintain accurate systems, tools, and workflows for scalable matching
  • Improve systems, workflows, and resources to increase efficiency and impact
  • Surface partner-engagement insights to improve outreach and stakeholder experiences
  • Support strong program delivery as a proactive teammate

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and engage audiences ranging from small businesses to senior leaders and educators
  • Confidence with external outreach and representing Teamship
  • Creative, solutions-oriented problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in remote or hybrid environments
  • Willingness to travel on behalf of College Board three to five times per year
  • Passion for expanding educational and career opportunities and mission-driven work
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, willingness to adopt AI-driven solutions, and comfort learning new digital tools independently
  • Learner's mindset and commitment to growth
