About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report to the Chief Revenue Officer as an essential member of the revenue team
  • Manipulate revenue data to steer strategic action and improve sales performance across the buyer journey
  • Serve as the revenue reporting subject matter expert and uncover growth opportunities
  • Build dashboards, form sales strategy, lead annual planning and drive opportunity conversions
  • Deliver revenue reporting to the Leadership team and Board in partnership with the CRO
  • Interview Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to understand operations and technology needs
  • Own revenue data and build weekly and monthly revenue reporting packages
  • Manage the Sales and Customer Success enablement playbook with Marketing and Product
  • Present Revenue Operations assessments to Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Generate weekly revenue forecasts and report results to Sales and Customer Success leadership
  • Analyze historical data, customer and sales representative performance trends, and industry benchmarks
  • Manage and implement sales tools and platforms including Salesforce, Grow.com and Gong.io
  • Build company reporting and forecasting dashboards
  • Recommend ways to increase leads, improve conversion rates and increase sales efficiency
  • Recommend changes to sales techniques, procedures and promotional efforts
  • Train new and existing revenue team members on processes and tools
  • Refine structured sales processes and methodology for forecasting accuracy
  • Partner with the CRO on annual budget, territory and compensation planning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, design scalable processes and automate solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate effectively
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and complexity
  • Ability to coach and develop sales organization members
  • Strong track record of building and enhancing processes and workflows
  • Familiarity with multiple CRM and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Experience with sales tools and platforms including Salesforce, Grow.com and Gong.io
  • Ability to work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with sedentary computer-based work
  • Must be located in the contiguous United States
