About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a small or medium-scale software product
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions across multiple platforms and technologies, including subsystems of large implementations
  • Influence application solution architecture and own software designs across the product team
  • Build and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery capabilities aligned with Enterprise DevOps practices
  • Make team development and pipeline tool decisions
  • Define and enforce software engineering practices, including source code management, branching, and issue tracking
  • Provide technical leadership for hiring, mentoring, team culture, collaboration, and outcomes
  • Lead collaboration across teams, decision-making, conflict resolution, and relationship building
  • Review technical documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement, pragmatic deliberations, and root-cause problem solving
  • Review and refine tools and processes for quality governance
  • Mature code quality management, automated testing, and environment management practices
  • Develop and promote best practices for continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Five or more years of experience
  • Experience with multiple platforms and technologies
  • Design and development skills covering service design patterns, APIs, and UI/UX frameworks
  • Expertise in software packaging tools and artifact management tools
  • Infrastructure architecture and configuration skills for effective operations support
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery
  • Knowledge of source code management, branching, and issue tracking
  • Experience with automated testing, code quality management, and environment management practices
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
  • The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position
