About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ year of professional care coordination experience in a complex environment
  • Cancer experience highly desired
  • Concierge-level customer service experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highest standards of ethics and personal integrity
  • Capacity for discretion and handling confidential information with care
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving role
  • Highly technologically adept
  • College graduate (BA or BS) strongly preferred
