About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and deliver market-shaping services for employers supporting employees with serious or complex health conditions
  • Assess clients’ current programs, utilization, health plans, and broader benefits strategies
  • Advise clients on adopting PHM programs to improve clinical outcomes while managing costs
  • Retain and strengthen relationships across the assigned book of business
  • Grow existing accounts by increasing awareness, engagement, and adoption of PHM services
  • Establish trusted-advisor relationships across multiple levels of client organizations
  • Develop strategies to drive retention and growth within existing accounts
  • Analyze utilization and evaluate existing programs for PHM solution opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical, and other internal teams
  • Navigate evolving processes, documentation, and cross-team data access
  • Reports to Jessica Thorberg

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of success growing and managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
  • Prior health and employee benefits plan experience
  • Proven success establishing trusted-advisor relationships across all organizational levels on complex new initiatives
  • Exceptional executive presence, collaboration, and written and oral communication skills
  • High technology literacy and comfort with Salesforce, Zoom, ServiceNow, Box, Microsoft Office Suite, and Sigma (nice to have)
  • Experience succeeding in a startup or similarly fast-growing environment (nice to have)
  • Availability and ability to travel regularly (nice to have)
  • Must live in and physically perform all work in the United States
