About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
- Handle administrative tasks, documentation, filing, and recordkeeping
- Manage client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Support sales operations, lead tracking, order processing, and account updates
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars
- Prepare and organize business documents, reports, and records
- Track client interactions, sales activities, and pending tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations
- Identify record discrepancies while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, vendors, and teammates
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative assistance, sales support, customer service, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation
- Ability to manage records, schedules, client inquiries, and follow-up activities efficiently
- Resourceful, accountable, with a strong sense of ownership
- Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent time-management and multitasking skills in fast-paced work environments
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage daily operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management)
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows
- Ability to follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision
- Ability to work U.S. EST (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs
