About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Directly supervise Territory Sales Leads, Retail Sales Interns, and Associate Regional Sales Leaders
- Direct retail-focused sales activities in the assigned geography
- Execute sales cycle goals related to distribution, promotional activity, quality merchandising, and retail model time objectives
- Lead a team of 10–16 direct reports and 5–30 part-time employees to achieve sales and share goals
- Provide direction and monitor retail activities through field work and handheld technology reports
- Develop broader and deeper account penetration within direct and retail accounts
- Route the team to drive sales and efficiency
- Hire, train, and develop employees using company staffing and performance management models
- Develop local college and internship recruiting programs
- Provide cross-functional leadership and solution-based communications with local CSE teams and home office
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and district budget
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a District Manager, Customer Sales Executive, Sales Development Manager, District Account Supervisor, or Zone Manager
- Ability to lead 10–16 direct reports and 5–30 part-time employees
- Ability to implement staffing, training, and performance management models
- Ability to maintain an effective recruiting program
- Ability to ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Ability to ensure budget compliance within the district
