About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Directly supervise Territory Sales Leads, Retail Sales Interns, and Associate Regional Sales Leaders
- Lead a team of 10–16 direct reports and 5–30 part-time employees to achieve sales and share goals
- Direct and monitor retail activities through field work and handheld technology reports
- Develop wider and higher account penetration within direct and retail accounts
- Ensure team routing drives sales and efficiency
- Hire, train, and develop employees using company staffing and performance management models
- Maintain an effective recruiting program with local colleges and the internship program
- Provide leadership across functional areas and collaborate with local CSE teams and the home office
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and district budgets
- Administer Targeted Selection, coaching, and performance management processes to achieve business and people development objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a District Manager, Customer Sales Executive, Sales Development Manager, District Account Supervisor, or Zone Manager
- Ability to directly supervise 10–16 direct reports and 5–30 part-time employees
- Ability to implement staffing, training, and performance management models
- Ability to maintain recruiting programs involving local colleges and internships
- Ability to provide cross-functional leadership and solution-based communications
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures and ensure district budget compliance
