Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a portfolio of four to six B2B client accounts, owning strategy and execution
Advise client executives, make strategic recommendations, and manage program scope and expectations
Develop key messages and PR plans
Provide senior review of press releases, Q&A documents, bylines, and other core content
Own account reporting, measure results against annual goals, and improve programs and client satisfaction
Set media strategy and maintain reporter relationships
Staff media briefings with senior client spokespeople
Manage direct reports and mentor junior team members through feedback, goals, and development plans
Contribute to RFPs, pitch decks, and new business presentations
Identify opportunities to expand agency services within existing accounts

What you’ll need

8+ years of public relations experience; agency experience preferred
Track record of managing multiple B2B accounts, including building and executing PR plans
People management experience, ideally with direct reports
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities
Comfort with media databases, monitoring and measurement platforms, and AI-assisted workflows
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, PR, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Interest in technology and technology companies
Sense of humor
Willingness to travel occasionally to clients and other offices
