Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced person to lead and manage operational service delivery of passenger transport services
  • Ensure transport services are delivered safely, within budget and in accordance with statutory requirements and council policies
  • Strong operational leadership for a team of transport professionals
  • Ensure service delivery meets legislation, policies and contract requirements
  • Guide service development in response to shifting demand, statutory legal responsibilities, best practices and council priorities
  • Manage projects to enhance outcomes, efficiency and sustainability
  • Review, develop and standardise service delivery processes
  • Use performance data and customer feedback to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
  • Support performance management and workforce development
  • Ability to address conduct or performance concerns
  • Ability to support professional development and cultivate accountability
