About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive Services sales growth through strategic partnerships between Service Providers and Home Services
  • Oversee Service Provider sourcing, onboarding, expansion, contraction, and termination
  • Research customer feedback and resolve Customer Care cases and escalations
  • Conduct Partnership Reviews and regular Service Provider check-ins
  • Assess performance, ensure compliance, analyze metrics, and develop improvement plans
  • Prospect, evaluate, and onboard new Service Providers
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified partners and ensure service coverage
  • Facilitate Service Provider training and development
  • Organize provider events, promotional events, and Home Shows
  • Conduct job site and installation inspections
  • Lead monthly compliance reviews and audit analysis
  • Support stores with installation-related escalations
  • Attend weekly training and calls with field leadership
  • Manage the calendar and forecast upcoming weeks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • High school diploma and/or GED required
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Knowledge or experience in the retail store environment, home improvement industry, or general construction industry
  • Experience in residential remodel project management
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with internal and external customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • No previous leadership experience required
  • Overnight travel of 20% to 50% of the time
