About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments as efficiently and accurately as possible
- Perform in-home measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
- Provide quality professional customer service and maintain customer relationships
- Support sales, product inquiries, and coordinate installations
- Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps
- Answer customer questions using product and services knowledge
- Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
- Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedule
- Work independently in a traveling field role within a defined geographical area
- Use company-issued devices
- Report to the Assistant Market Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Reliable Transportation
- High school diploma and/or GED
- 1+ years of previous related work experience
- No previous leadership experience required
- Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8–20 pounds)
- Travel between locations required
