About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
- Provide quality professional customer service meeting or exceeding company standards and customer expectations
- Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships during daily customer interactions
- Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination
- Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
- Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps
- Demonstrate product and services knowledge to answer customer questions
- Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
- Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned activities
- Follow all policies, procedures, and work schedule
- Report to the Assistant Market Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Reliable Transportation
- High school diploma and/or GED
- 1+ years of previous related work experience
- No previous leadership experience required
- Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8–20 pounds)
- Travel between locations required
