About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
- Provide quality professional customer service meeting or exceeding company standards and customer expectations
- Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers daily
- Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination
- Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
- Ask customers open-ended questions and listen to project and product needs
- Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps
- Demonstrate product and service knowledge when answering customer questions
- Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
- Cooperate with associates, supervisors, and managers on assigned activities
- Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules
- Complete work using company-issued devices
- Report to the Assistant Market Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Reliable Transportation
- High school diploma and/or GED
- 1+ years of previous related work experience
- Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8–20 pounds)
- Travel between locations required
