About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
Perform in-home measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
Provide quality professional customer service and maintain customer relationships
Support sales, product inquiries, and coordinate installations
Ask customers open-ended questions and identify project and product needs
Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps
Demonstrate product and services knowledge when answering customer questions
Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned activities
Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules
Travel within a predefined geographic area and provide support to company locations as needed
Use company-issued devices
Achieve customer service, measure accuracy, timeliness, and sales productivity goals
Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Reliable Transportation
High school diploma and/or GED
1+ years of previous related work experience
No previous leadership experience required
Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8–20 pounds)
Travel between locations required
