About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
Provide quality professional customer service meeting or exceeding company standards and customer expectations
Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers daily
Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination
Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and quote presentation
Travel primarily to appointments within a predefined geographical area and provide support to company locations as needed
Use company-issued devices to complete work
Ask customers open-ended questions and listen to project and product needs
Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project-completion steps
Demonstrate product and services knowledge when answering customer questions
Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
Follow all policies, procedures, and work schedule
Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned work
Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Reliable transportation
High school diploma and/or GED knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through completion
1+ years of previous related work experience
Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds)
