About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
- Provide quality professional customer service meeting company standards and customer expectations
- Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships
- Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination
- Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and quote presentation
- Ask customers open-ended questions and identify project and product needs
- Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project steps
- Demonstrate product and services knowledge when answering customer questions
- Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
- Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules
- Collaborate with associates, supervisors, and managers
- Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma and/or GED
- 1+ years of previous related work experience
- No previous leadership experience required
- Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds)
- Ability to complete in-home measure appointments, calculations, quote review and presentation, customer service, product inquiry, and installation coordination
- Work within a pre-defined geographical area
- Travel between locations required
