About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
Provide quality professional customer service meeting or exceeding company standards and customer expectations
Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers daily
Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination
Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and quote presentation
Travel primarily to appointments within a predefined geographical area and provide services support to company locations as needed
Use company-issued devices
Achieve customer service, measure accuracy and timeliness, and sales productivity goals
Ask customers open-ended questions and listen to project and product needs
Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps
Demonstrate product and service knowledge and identify opportunities for other service programs
Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned work
Follow policies, procedures, and work schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Reliable Transportation
Knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
1+ years of previous related work experience
No previous leadership experience required
Travel between locations required
Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds)
