About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform in-home measure appointments, including taking accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
  • Complete daily routes for pre-assigned measure appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships through daily customer interactions
  • Support sales, product inquiries, and installation coordination
  • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps
  • Answer customer questions using product and services knowledge
  • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules
  • Travel between locations and provide support to company locations as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Reliable Transportation
  • High school diploma and/or GED knowledge typically acquired
  • 1+ years of previous related work experience
  • No previous leadership experience required
  • Travel between locations required
  • Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8–20 pounds)
