About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform in-home measure appointments, including creating, maintaining, and improving customer relationships
  • Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination
  • Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
  • Travel to appointments and provide services within a predefined geographical area, with possible support for company locations
  • Complete daily routes for pre-assigned measure appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Answer customer questions, describe merchandise features and benefits, and explain project steps
  • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules
  • Collaborate with associates, supervisors, and managers
  • Report to the Assistant Market Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma and/or GED
  • 1+ years of previous related work experience
  • No previous leadership experience required
  • Travel between locations required
  • Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds)
