About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform in-home measure appointments in a traveling field role
  • Complete daily routes for pre-assigned measure appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships
  • Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination
  • Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
  • Ask customers open-ended questions about projects and product needs
  • Explain merchandise features, benefits, and project steps
  • Answer customer questions using product and services knowledge
  • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
  • Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned activities
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedule
  • Use company-issued devices
  • Travel between locations and support company locations as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Reliable Transportation
  • High school diploma and/or GED
  • 1+ years of previous related work experience
  • No previous leadership experience required
  • Must continuously stand or walk or regularly lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8–20 pounds)
  • Travel between locations required
