About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
- Perform in-home measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
- Provide professional customer service and maintain customer relationships
- Support sales, product inquiries, and installation coordination
- Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps
- Identify opportunities to engage customers in other service programs
- Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned work
- Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedule
- Travel between locations and provide support to company locations as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma and/or GED knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through completion
- 1+ years of previous related work experience
- No previous leadership experience required
- Must continuously stand or walk, or regularly lift/handle/carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds)
- Travel between locations required
- Must use company-issued devices
