Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
Provide quality professional customer service meeting company standards and customer expectations
Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers daily
Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination
Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
Ask open-ended questions and identify customers' project and product needs
Describe merchandise features, benefits, and project completion steps
Demonstrate product and services knowledge
Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned activities
Follow policies, procedures, and work schedule
Travel to appointments and provide support to company locations as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Reliable Transportation
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED
1+ years of previous related work experience
Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds)
Travel between locations required
