  • Drive product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Digital Asset Management (DAM)
  • Own the lifecycle of atomic assets and metadata management
  • Lead integrations with content management, marketing, and activation platforms
  • Ensure content is seamlessly managed and discoverable across the content supply chain
  • Assess market needs and inspire cross-functional product teams to deliver value
  • Drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction through quality products
  • Work with developers, designers, business partners, and third-party partners
  • Support business reviews and communicate and present across all organizational levels
  • Generate innovative ideas for growth and change management
  • Analyze data, solve problems, and lead product teams
  • Translate business goals and user needs into product strategy and priorities
  • Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value
  • Manage and groom the product backlog and make value-based decisions
  • Partner with Finance on financial needs and business plans
  • Monitor research and competitive landscapes to recommend solutions
  • Formulate, test, and refine assumptions through user research and testing
  • Document, review, and ensure quality and change control standards
  • Create, prioritize, and accept user stories and incorporate them into release planning
  • Participate in standups, iteration planning, product demos, and retrospectives
  • Foster collaboration, resolve impediments, and advocate for users and stakeholders
  • Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations
  • Guide junior team members and contribute to learning activities
  • Participate in talent acquisition, development, and retention activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • 3–6 years of relevant work experience in Product Management
  • Hands-on experience managing and scaling Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
  • Deep knowledge of content supply chain processes, including content creation, asset intake, metadata governance, distribution, and activation across channels
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems, asset intake workflows, and Content Management Systems (CMS) with bidirectional asset syncing
  • Experience with data modeling for asset cleanliness/governance and AI-powered metadata enrichment and automated tagging
  • Experience building search experiences and taxonomy structures for enterprise DAM environments
  • Experience as a Product Manager in a modern software development-based enterprise environment
  • Proficiency working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities shift regularly
  • Proficiency communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team
  • Proficiency creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories
  • Proficiency conducting user research and testing
  • Proficiency identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value
  • Proficiency conducting competitive research and analysis
  • Experience guiding junior team members through Product Management fundamentals
  • No certifications required
