About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure THD At Home Services compliance with state and local regulatory license requirements
  • Hold and maintain specific trade licenses and build relationships with state/local officials and trade organizations
  • Oversee Field compliance activities, including Service Provider licensing, permitting, professional standards, jobsite quality audits, and supervision
  • Ensure Service Providers comply with state and local contractor requirements, licensure, permitting, inspections, and trade standards
  • Attain and maintain trade licenses on behalf of THD, including taking state-regulated exams and completing continuing education
  • Make decisions regarding customer complaints related to THD Services installations, including approving customer satisfaction mark-downs up to $1,000
  • Meet with state/local officials and trade groups to resolve compliance issues
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis to identify risks and non-compliance, report findings, and propose process improvements
  • Act as the primary compliance decision-maker for jobs performed by THD Service Providers in assigned categories and geography
  • Lead work groups by assigning and reviewing work, training, and contributing to performance appraisals
  • Report to the Director National Services
  • Travel overnight more than 50% of the time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Minimum education: high school diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience
  • Georgia active trade license: Master Electrician, Master Plumber, or HVAC Contractor
  • Ability to pass any state/county/city regulated trade exams within a specified region
  • Strong relationships with state and local regulatory agencies and/or trade organizations preferred
  • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage Service Provider performance and ensure compliance with regulatory law and Service Provider Agreement
  • Effective interpersonal skills to develop relationships, persuade others, resolve problems, change minds, and produce customer satisfaction
  • Ability to perform data analysis and derive meaningful conclusions
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvements and resolve complex issues
