Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
Minimum 1 year of work experience
Experience in an object-oriented programming language, preferably Java
Experience with event-driven architectures and message queuing/streaming platforms, specifically Google Cloud Pub/Sub
Experience with NoSQL database systems, particularly Apache Cassandra, in high-throughput environments
Experience querying, analyzing, and working with large datasets using BigQuery or relational databases (SQL)
Hands-on experience building, managing, and maintaining observability, metrics, and alerting systems using Prometheus and Grafana
Experience or familiarity leveraging modern AI developer tools, such as Claude and LLM-based coding assistants
Experience in microservice-based architecture and cloud computing techniques, with GCP preferred
Experience in CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines
Experience in source code version control, such as Git
Experience with modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques
Exposure to security frameworks for user and service authorization and authentication
Exposure to creating and executing unit, functional, destructive, and performance tests
