About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate training for virtual and in-person audiences
  • Develop, maintain, and update courses with Learning Design & Development, Learning Strategy, managers, and functional subject matter experts
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for content development
  • Facilitate complex operational and task-focused content for associates and leaders
  • Interact with multiple levels and business functions inside and outside the learning organization
  • Manage and support multi-day learning events
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
  • Perform calendar planning, attendance/roster management, customer communication, and event management
  • Report typically to a Manager or Senior Manager of Learning
  • Maintain no direct reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • High school diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience facilitating training both in-person and remotely
  • Solid understanding and application of adult learning principles
