About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Improve and standardize talent acquisition-related processes and programs
- Analyze workforce and recruiting process trends using high-level statistics
- Research staffing and workforce trends
- Analyze root causes of potential problems and concerns
- Deliver workforce analyses, reports, and trends
- Develop solutions to improve talent acquisition processes
- Establish measurement systems to control processes
- Analyze data to understand customer needs and contribute to performance improvements
- Improve retention and reduce time-to-hire
- Optimize talent acquisition processes across the enterprise
- Establish tailored talent acquisition procedures to accommodate business needs
- Report to the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- Ability to assimilate extensive amounts of detailed data, analyze and summarize information, and understand supporting data
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word) and other related computer programs
- Solid understanding of survey methodology, design, content, data collection, data analysis, data mining, and statistical analysis
- Strong written and grammatical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
