About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead implementation and maintenance of JED’s Digital Learning ecosystem
  • Configure courses, user access, single sign-on, resource libraries, surveys, evaluations, and sandbox/production environments
  • Conduct quality assurance testing, including end-to-end registration-through-certification testing and SCORM integration testing
  • Pull training data and reports, audit course completions, support data analysis, and identify digital delivery and user experience improvements
  • Manage account creation, training enrollment, subscription access, and training credits
  • Support discovery, prototyping, and implementation of AI-supported end-user support and impact-reporting workflows
  • Provide end-user support for learners, JED staff, and partners, resolving access, authentication, and technical issues within defined SLAs
  • Feed recurring support issues into the product backlog and propose fixes
  • Support technical discovery and planning for LMS, The Hub, and JED website integrations
  • Manage instructor-led training, self-paced modules, videos, knowledge checks, surveys, and resources in the LMS
  • Train and support internal and external users and maintain training materials
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures for system administrators
  • Own planning, refinement, and release ceremonies; track decisions and action items to closure
  • Report to the Sr. Product Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of LMS and Digital Product administration experience, including end-user training and day-to-day support
  • Knowledge of virtual instructor-led training platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • Familiarity with instructional design
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms such as LearnUpon
  • Familiarity with authoring systems such as RISE/Articulate
  • Familiarity with survey platforms such as Qualtrics
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as Contentful
  • Familiarity with BI and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics/Looker
  • Strong decision-making and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle service issues with integrity, skill, and professionalism
  • Up-to-date knowledge of learning and development practices
  • Proven ability to work successfully with diverse populations
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion
