About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the full Kraft Heinz portfolio accounting for $25M+ of revenue with AWG as a member of the Customer Business Team
  • Call on and increase revenue in Retailer Owner Groups within the assigned division
  • Maintain relationships with AWG and Ad Group Division personnel to drive the business
  • Meet regularly with assigned Owner Groups and Division AWG and Ad Group personnel
  • Develop relationships and rapport to execute promotional plans, innovation, and base distribution for profitable growth
  • Produce accurate monthly Shipper and Mod demand forecasts and communicate adjustments
  • Sell residual product promptly and follow up on timely payments
  • Perform detailed post-promotional analysis for retailers and internal planning
  • Maintain business documentation and manage customer accounts receivable through timely invoice processing
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, joint business planning, line reviews, and top-to-top meetings
  • Identify profitable business growth opportunities
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis to uncover business-building opportunities
  • Act as a trusted business partner to assigned owner groups and help guide promotional and buying decisions
  • Learn retailers’ businesses and develop strategies aligned with Kraft Heinz strategy to drive sales growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Trusted to work autonomously within a team to plan, organize, and set/achieve priorities
  • Polished written, verbal, and presentation interpersonal skills
  • Ability to negotiate and influence effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, and proprietary Sales systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability and experience using syndicated and/or ambiguous data to develop comprehensive business plans by analyzing category and brand performance
  • Willingness to travel 10–20% out of the area as needed
  • Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed
  • Ability to operate a computer and view screens for approximately 100% of the work schedule
  • Salaried, exempt schedule
